  • The British navy blocked trade with France and America. From this, the American economy suffered. They weren't able to earn a large revenue because Europe is a big con-tenant with many people and without their business, a lot of money was being lost.
  • Hello, I have been advised to tell you that you are no longer allowed to trade with the Europeans.

  • I have declared war on Britain because they continue to stop taking over American ships that trade with France and we are no longer allowed to trade with the Europeans.

  • Tecumseh I was the leader of the Shawnee tribe and the Americans destroyed my land. I made an alliance with the British and declined selling land to the Americans. I was killed in battle by the Americans. When I was alive I was the general fro the British. During my life I was forced to Upper Canada (was killed in the battle) Sir Isaac Brock I defended Upper Canada and was a soldier when I was fifteen years old. I used risky tactics and/or strategies and sadly died from an American Sniper During my career I was a Military Commander and helped build the Quebec military.

  • The Battle of Fort Detroit!
  • During the Battle of Fort Detroit, Brock decided to travel with only 400 soldiers. Hull was terrified of the First Nations and sure enough he was attacked by them when they went around the Fort and did battle calls to frighten them. (AKA the Americans) Then the British set off gun fires but were not aiming at anyone. Hull decided to surrender, Brock took over Fort Detroit, and the British won the battle, claiming Fort Detroit.

  • Battle of Queenston Heights!
  • The battle of Queenston Heights is very significant. This is so because the Americans surrendered for the second time and Sir Isaac Brock died. Also, the Mohawk warriors were hiding in the woods during the night and once they came out, they completely destroyed the Americans. The British won the war.
  • Man down, man down...Sir Isaac Brock is dead. Were all doomed!
  • The British arrive at Moraviantown with Tecumseh and the First Nations. Soon after the battle begins, the First Nations general; 'James Proctor' leaves his soldiers/the First Nations and the British army is forced to evacuate. Tecumseh is now put in a bad situation and has to fight more than 2000 American soldiers. He is not able to take down all of these enemies and himself and the First Nations Confederacy dies and the First Nations did not fight in any more battles after this one.
  • Ohh, boy. Tecumseh is dead now too! I guess the two greatest generals will only be remembered now by books!
  • Battle of the Thames (Moraviantown)!
  • Since the Americans burnt many towns down in Upper Canada, the British felt as though it was time to give them some of there own medicine. They burnt down almost all of Washington. This included the White House and Government buildings. The same act was also attempted in Baltimore.
  • Retaliation!
  • The Battle of Lundy's Lane only lasted for 5 hours and was in the darkness at Niagara Falls. Both sides fired at and killed their own men due to the lack of vision. There was a total of 1600 deaths during this battle and it ended in a draw! Neither both sides won or lost the fight.

  • The Treaty of Ghent was a peace treaty between the British and the Americans and it stated that the boundaries between the United States and Canada went back to the way they were before the war had started. This meant that neither side had won or lost any land, it all stayed the same.

  • Sir Isaac Brock was Born: St Peter Port, Guernsey, on October 6th 1769 and was taught in Guernsey, Southampton (England) and Rotterdam
