- One day, an eight year old me woke up on a beautiful morning in Japan. My family and I were visiting my grandmother. Today, we were going out to a restaurant that my mom wanted to try.
- It's such a wonderful day! We're going to have so much fun!
- After saying goodbye to my grandmother, we gathered our belongings and left for the train station.
- Bye! See you all later!

- We walked through the streets of the city on our way to the train station. In Japan, almost everything is at a walking distance from people's homes.
- As we were waiting for the train, my mom told us about how she used to ride the train to school every day as a high school student. My sister was a little bit scared of riding the crowded train.
- This is a little scary.
- Don't worry, we'll be safe. I promise
- As the train doors opened, everyone began walking into the train. It was extremely crowded, and I felt almost like we wouldn't make it inside in time.
- Be careful! Take your time.
