- I was peacefully sitting down on my favorite bean bag, when suddenly, my mum and dad came in. My mum sat down opposite me and my dad stood beside her. I asked them "Hello, what is it?" and they replied, "We've decided to move to New Zealand" so I asked them "why?" and they replied "I found out that New Zealand's jobs are way easier and the educations is easier and better than China's"
- Going to New Zealand
- So we started packing everything. I asked "Will I ever see my other stuff that I leave behind?" but mum and dad didn't answer. "Will I ever see my friends again?" and they replied "maybe, if we come back but" then they paused then said "no". I felt like crying but I kept on packing.
- Settling In to New Zealand's Environment
- After packing, I went to school to say my last goodbyes...

- We all sat in silence when we flew across the world to our new country
- We walked around and realised that the trees and grass were actually green! in China, they were always yellow or dead! We put our noses high and took a deep breath, "ahh, The air is sure nice over here" said dad and my mum and I couldn't have agreed better.
- In the end, we found a house and bought it, I made many new friends in a new school. Mum and dad also got a new job and they are earning lots of money. I said "maybe migrating isn't so scary actually!"
