- The workers of the factory have now formed a union together and are striking for a better workplace. This includes changing unsafe, unsanitary, very harsh working conditions as well as lowering the amount of work. We are also willing to fight violently for these changes within the laws.
- As the owner of this factory, I am unwilling to give in to the factory workers demands as they are easily replaceable and giving into their demands would mean that there will be cuts within my revenue.
- After forming a union and starting a strike, we the workers have now successfully forced the factory owner to change their harsh conditions within the factory. Although strikes are pretty routine within factories, our strike will go down as a major strike as many laborers were involved within this strike.
- Unlike many strikes, the workers at my factory executed a successful strike which means that I must give in to their demands which includes taking salary cuts as the owner of the factory.
- After many labor unions as well as many strikes throughout the entire nation, the government has finally decided to put labor laws in place for factories. This would include raising the minimum working age for children as well as mandatory schooling and overall better and safer working conditions.
- These factory and labor laws were not only put into place for children and minors but laws were also put in place to for adults which meant that the factory owners had to have a standard of safety and work environment for their employees.
