- In the beginning gregory got signed up to do swimming early in the morning and after school and gregory didn't want to participate so he told his coach he was going to the bathroom and stayed there all practice.
- He sits in the bathroom during practice with toilet paper wrapped around him since its cold, he then gets out when Rodrick comes and picks him up at the end of practice.
- Mom and Dad were going away for the night so Rodrick had a party at the house with many friends. He then told Gregory to get some chairs from the basement, he went down and Rodrick locked the door and Gregory was locked in the basement all night.
- Greg found a spare bed but it didn't have a blanket and he didn't want to take one of the blankets from Rodricks beds so he went to sleep freezing. In the morning he went up the stairs and saw that someone had unlocked the basement sometime.
- Rowley couldn't do the talent shoe since Greg hurt him by putting spikes under a pillow and Rowley stepped on it. So greg had to do the talent show with a small kid that was in 1st grade. And Greg told him he didn't want to do it and the kid started crying.
- Rodrick did the talent show with his band and trying to get a video of him doing a drum solo and sending it to a producer and be a professional drummer but Mom was recording and kept commenting on Rodrick and when Rodrick was doing his solo mom was dancing and you couldn't see Rodrick because the camera was shaking too much since Mom wasn't holding on.
