- Many Americans do not realize the difference of responsibility and duties and the effects they have on society. Ur duties and responsibility are key to the health of society.
- Some duties you have as a American citizen include obeying the law, paying taxes, serving on a jury when summed, registering with selective service.
- Some responsibilities of a US citizen included voting, staying informed in your community, community involvement, practicing tolerance, and passing it on.
- These duties and responsibilities are important because if citizens did not participate in society we would not go and we would not have the same amount of people wanting to immigrate to american. People come to america because it presents the opportunity to better your life and have your voice heard.
- All in all if you dont do you duties you will get in trouble if you dont do your responsibilities people can might have not nice opinions on you but you are not forcced to.
