- Gentrification is the process in which urban low-income neighborhoods are converted to high or middle-class.
- Exurbs
- Its nice to live in the Exurbs, close yet far from the city.
- CBD is shown in the image above. The clustering amount of businesses buildings towering over smaller and more independent businesses. It gives an image of how these businesses are centered in this area.
- Edge City
- This gives a visual on how us as humanity combines smaller homes or rooms and we call it home. It helps with the spacing of the area, compacting more people into small quarters.
- Greenbelt
- This shows us a visual of the area around the city, most commonly found outside suburbs. It consists of more farm land and urban housing.
- An Edge City is a node of office and retail activities on the edge of an urban area. The picture resembles a small town outside an urban area. Containing retail, and buildings for businesses.
- Its nice to be out of the big city
- A greenbelt is typically found in a city. It is a area that is very nourished and taken care of to present an area of comfort. An Example of this is Central Park in New York and Golden State Park in San Francisco.
