- Good morning Mr Khaza, I visited you today to find out about the vacancy that has been advertised on social and notice board, as my boss probably you batter about the requirements that are needed.
- morning Martia, ohh!! ohk!! I will explain everything to you
- Marta i really do not see the necessity of explaining this to you, Because the vacancy that is out there is only applicable to men, not women. your not capable of being responsible for this big company since you are a women.
- Hello Marta!!! did Mr Khoza explain everything to you about the vacancy you wanted to know about ?
- what!!!..? no that`s totally unfair .. why would he say that.
- yes, he said the vacancy is only for men not women, because this compony can not be controlled by women
- Marta visited her manager Mr khoza in his office, after she saw a vacancy advertisement on social media and notice board, the poster is not clear enough about the details and requirements, then she decided to ask his boss Mr Khoza for clarity about the vacancy.
- Mr Khoza, I really find it very unfair when you said to Marta the post is only men, that is totally against the law (equality Act 2006 part 2). so if it happens that Marta has the same level of education and experienced as one required i see no need for you to deprive her from applying for the new post.
- ohh!! ohk!! Mpho, Honestly I was not aware that I`m violating ad the treatment was unfair, I know clearly understand you. I promise I will give her a chance so that she proves her self that she is capable
- Mr Khoza tells Martia that, even if she explained everything to her she wont be able to get the post because the post of being a GENERAL MANAGER is only applicable for men only not women. Marta is shocked and not happy about that.

- Mpho is asking Marta about her meeting with Mr Khoza concerning the new vacancy, Marta explains everything about the meeting on how did it go, they are not happy about what Mr Khoza said as the boss about the post.
- Good morning Mpho, I really like the responsibility that you are having amongst your colleague I will also like to be part of the union and be a Shop stewed, so that I can also able to represent members when they are treated unfairly.
- Good morning Marta, I`m very happy that your impressed by the Union responsibility in our company, and by the fact that you want to be part of the team. we will then facilitated good relationship between management and unions together.
- Mpho decided to call the meeting with Mr Khoza and Marta to discuss this problem, after he analysed it and concluded that Marta has been discriminated. Employment Equality (sexual orientation) Regulation 2003
- Marta really appreciates what Mpho did to her, Mpho is know explaining his role as the Shop Steward and its responsibilities.
