- My pet deer lost his antlers but they are slowly growing back due to the cell cycle. The cell cycle contain interphase and mitosis. In mitosis the phases are prophase, metaphase, anaphase, and telophase. After mitosis is cytokinesis.

- During interphase the cells spend most of its time growing and growing to double its size to prepare for mitosis. Then in mitosis the chromosomes of the cell start to condense and the doubled parent cell breaks apart creating 2 daughter cells.
- All cells do different jobs. To make sure these cells go to regrow my deer's antlers, My deer's stem cells must become specialized to perform the function of regrowing his antlers. Stem cells create specialized cells by continuing to divide more and more and the more they divide the more specialised the cells become
- My deer has finally grown back his antlers due to the process of the cell cycle, but his brother lost his antlers but they never grew back because his cell cycle process went wrong
