- A British secret agent discovered that girls with black hair and blue eyes were being murdered by a Russian mafia.
- For that mafia, blue-eyed girls were considered evil nymphs. For one of them had murdered their leader when he fell in love with a girl with black hair and blue eyes.
- The agent was trying to prevent these deaths, but while he was in London, the mafia was killing everywhere else in the world.
- From the moment the leader died, all girls with these characteristics were sentenced to death.
