- Meet Joan. Joan is a single mom who's currently in between jobs.
- How much? Starting when? With what frequency?
- Meet Billy and Molly, Joan's two children.
- Billy and Molly are hungry - there's not much food in the fridge and they want new toys.
- Joan is overwhelmed because finances are so tight she knows she won't even be able to pay all of her bills this month. Her credit card bill is the one that gets deprioritized.
- Begrudgingly, Joan goes online to see if Capital One has any payment options that fit her situation and to her surprise, there is! Joan immediately starts to feel like she's back in control.
- The next week during her usual budgeting routine, Joan is much less stressed because she is able to pay all her bills thanks to the payment plan she built with Capital One.
- The next day, Joan goes to the local toy store and brings Billy the stuffed teddy bear that he's been asking for and Molly the doll that she's been asking for - Joan is feeling like a great mother.

- Then, out of nowhere on her way to the grocery store, Joan's car breaks down.
- Thinking she's helpless, Joan goes online to see if she can change her plan and finds out that she can easily edit things to fit her life.

- Soon thereafter, Joan gets a call from a recruiter who offers her a new job.
- With finances now stable due to her new job, Joan goes back online and chooses the aspirational plan that is recommended to get her back on track the quickest.

- Later on, now that life is stable, Joan is out at a friend's house and compliments Capital One for having the flexibility and adapting to her situation.
