In order to seek revenge, Grendel's mother attacks Herot and retrieves Grendel's arm- which was held as a trophy by Beowulf- and flees to an underwater cave. Beowulf follows her and soon kills her by using a magic sword blessed by giants, which is able to defeat her.
50 years later...Beowulf has to defend his people by killing a fire-breathing dragon. Beowulf along with the help of Wiglaf successfully kills the dragon.
