- Oh, hi Macey, I was just thinking about the upcoming election 5 days from now....

- The problem is that, I still don't know who to support, and I don't have any basis to do so.
- Really?! How?!

- Candidates can be judged in two ways: the positions they take on issues and the leadership qualities and experience they would bring to office. Both are important. Your first step in picking a candidate is to decide the issues you care about and the qualities you want in a leader.
- First thing you need to do is to decide what you are looking for in a candidate.
- I'm getting your point now Macey, also, I think that I need to evaluate the candidates' stand on issues as I can use it to determine how their mind work as a leader.
