- I've been very disappointed by social care. When discussing ongoing care, the payments were confusing. I asked how much I would owe if I were a millionaire or a pauper, I never got an answer. The amount keeps changing and the invoices have no detail.
- Hi Riva, You have been excellent, I am very satisfied. I knew what to expect, the goals were achievable and the best possible outcomes for me were reached. My family and friends weren't involved in discussions though

- I feel unsure about the transition to ongoing care, so I have cancelled it as I can make it upstairs
- I don't have the resources to sustain my independence
- I don't feel my views were considered or that I have been listened to because I haven't been given the right amount of information to help me decide.
- I am waiting for a handrail/wet-room from my social landlord and approval for a mobility scooter

- I want to know the outcome of my finances as my daughter has managed to change herself to my NOK. I have raised a safeguarding. My daughter has set up payments on my account that I don't know about and receipts for petrol - I don't drive!
- I have debt on my account and I received my financial assessment 4 weeks are I finished Reablement. I am still waiting for an OT to visit me.
- This promise of somebody coming round to sort out the finances. I want to pay what I owe, no more and no less. But I seem to have hit a brick wall.
- How could this of happened without my knowledge? She [daughter] does this when I go into hospital.
