  • Yes, you can return to work in 2 days when the money has reflected.
  • We understand that it is your right to go on strike when you feel the need but we are behind on work and the budget we need to get to work. your money will reflect in 2 days.
  • We will come back to work when the money has reflect in our accounts.
  • The money should also reflect to the 13 who are not at work today be cause of that
  • At the office
  • We only came back because our money finally got to us.
  • At CCMA
  • We will do an investigations and help you.
  • There are 13 of us under one employer. Thank you for helping
  • The managers went to speak to the workers 5 days after the strike started to tell the workers that a resolution is being worked on and that the rest of they salary will reflect in 2 days depended on the bank they use. The workers and managers came to an agreement that they will go back when the money is in their accounts.
  • At the office
  • The 13 workers that were dismissed should be reinstated for they committed not offense to the you or your business
  • In two days the money reflects too all workers but 13 who use a different bank. The ones who got their went back to work and the ones who didn't get the money yet stayed home. the employer decided to dismiss anyone who wasn't at work that day.
  • At the meeting
  • Every worker has a right to compensation for work performed and a lot of the workers in here work more than they should we are extremely underpaid and we had agreed on the 10% solely because of the budget that is not doing well.
  • We understand all your problems and we are working on a solution that will be suitable for all of us.
  • Things are so much calmer now even though our employer still hates every one of us.
  • The 13 workers who did not go to work got an email telling them to not go to work the following day unless it is to collect their stuff. They then immediately filed a case of unfair dismissal and unfair labour practices.
  • At work
  • In a week the CCMA went to investigate on what happened. The big break was when the investigators found out that there had been an agreement between the workers will come back after the money had been transferred into their accounts. The CCMA ordered that the workers be reinstated.
  • The trade union organizer then set a meeting with the employer and the management to make sure that a solid ground is maintained and nothing of this matter happens again.
  • We will try being a bit more transparent with our methods but are trying to meet all demands.
  • Everything that the employees did to fight for themselves helped because everything is a lot better now and the workplace is more comfortable to be around.
