- Hey my mum is driving me early to school today so I won't be on the bus tomorrow.

- Yes, well I wanted to ask you something. My friend Clara recently got her period and she may have extragged on some of the symptoms and it made Jade very worried. I don't know how to help her because I haven't had my period and I was wondering if you could talk to her because her mum is away.
- Wow Sophia your here very early!
- Thanks Miss Smith that's a great idea!
- Wow poor Jade. How about I talk to the whole class about period pain, PMS and all of those things I'm sure it will help Jade and other girls who are probaly worried about this stuff.

- Hey I though I would tell you that I spoke to Ms Smith and she is going to talk to the class and teach us about periods. I thought that would help you out.

- Today we are going to learn about menstruation and what it means to have your periods. Also some helpful information.

- Ok now I know it can be stressful wondering what is going to happen when you get your period. But there is nothing to worry about it is different for different people and if you ate ever worried about what would happen to you go to another women that you trust. PMS means Premenstrual syndrome this includes moodiness, headaches or bloating. You can get PMS before your first period or before your next one.
