The setting is Salem Massachusetts 1690.
Trial
The Puritans were a religous group who came to salem for religous reasons. They lived by very strict rules.
Exacution
2 girls starting acting weird. For example they were rolling on the floor and barking like dogs.
What can we learn from the Salem Witch Trials?
After they accused someone of witchcraft they would go into trial. It was almost impossible to be proved innocente.
After they were proven guilty they were hanged. They mostly used hanging except once they crushed a man to death with heavy rocks.
That you can't assume that someone is guilty without any proof. You cant kill someone because someone told you they were a witch.
