- the giant is the son of Poseidon. Odysseus and his men went into this cave. the giant returned and saw the men so he got a giant rock and blocked it off. and decided to keep grabbing two of his men and eating after crushing them.
- Odysseus and his men on their way home encounter Scylla and Charybdis. when they encounter Scylla it takes 6 of his men and then leaves. charybdis begins sucking water down so they try and move away from it they then successfully made it between the whirlpool and Scylla then they traveled to the land of the sun god.
- Odysseus shooting antinous one of penelopes suitors in the throat with a bow and killing him because he has been bothering his wife for the past 3 years and wouldn't leave this Is right before telomucus and odyseus kill the rest of the suitors because they are locked in a room with no weapons
