The legislative branch is made up of the House and Senate (congress) the legislative makes all laws, declares war, regulates interstate, and foreign commerce, and controls taxing and spending policies.The judicial branch decides the constitutionality of federal laws and resolves other disputes about federal laws. The judicial branch interprets the laws, determines the constitutionality of the laws, and applies them to individual cases
