  • A Boy comes home looking quite sad despite having one of his favorite activities on today. So his dad askes him about how his day went.

  • After school the next day,Often telling others about their feelings is the hardest part so its a good idea to just ask someone a question and let them answers, then offer them help with their problem.Even if they say they don't want help its good to put the offer out there as an option.
  • Cognitive behavior therapy is one of the most effective physiological treatments out there, It helps recognize what is holding you back from recovering. It helps change your thought process
  • The boy has come home from school a week later and has enjoined the day which shows that the therapy did work for him,Dealing with depression is different for everyone and it can take varying periods of time for methods to work.
