- Woah, sheesh! Chill. Anyways, Ava. There's a pool party tomorrow at my place. Wanna come? It's a Saturday, so you'll be free, right?
- Hey. Ava, was it? Why are you hanging around with this low-life loser?
- -Would love to come. Thanks, Mike!
- Oh. Um. Hi, Mike. Please don't say that about Kyle, thank you!
- You heard her!! She's MY GIRL, so don't mess with us!
- No, no she won't, actually. Sorry, Mike, but she-
- We can do that another day, Kyle! He said sorry! And I haven't been to a party for so long! If you can't understand that, then you're just being selfish!
- I don't get it. Why do you want to hang out with that jerk? He called me a low-life loser! Plus, don't we have plans?
- I did it on Friday, after school. Mike loves my new look! Do you?
- What the heck did you do to your hair??
- One warm Friday morning, as soon as the school bus stopped moving and parked in front of the old, large building, Mike Janhan walked up to Ava, who was chatting away with her boyfriend, Kyle. Mike cleared his throat to demand her attention. Ava turned to him. Kyle looked angry.
- You want me to do whatever you want?! Well, then, maybe we should break up! I can't deal with a childish, insecure idiot!!
- No, of course not! And of course Mike loved it. He's been influencing you and now you look and act like this!! We're done. I can't deal with this!
- After school, Kyle and Ava have a heated argument over why Ava chose Mike's pool party over Kyle's beach date. Kyle hated Mike. Ava used to be Mike's closest friend, but then he started bullying people and they parted ways. Ava truly believed he'd changed, mostly because deep down, that's what she wanted. For Mike to be like his sweet, 6 year old self again.
- -Wait. Are those...2 TICKETS?! YOU LIAR! You've kept talking about your friend, and how you want to take her somewhere nice!! Don't you want to take me somewhere nice too?! We're done, Mike!
- Hey, honey? I'm sorry, but I could only get one ticket, and The Dark Angels were my favorite band before yours, so, I'll make it up to you somehow-
- Ava loved the party. Before going there, however, she'd made a little trip to the hair salon, as Kyle soon finds out on the next Monday morning. He is shocked.
- It's okay. Just come over, and give me a hug! I haven't had one from you in a long time!
- Hey, Ava. What's wrong?

- Instead of being happy at this change like Ava thought he would be, Kyle is disgusted. Ava gets so angry that she breaks up with him and becomes Mike's girlfriend. Ava didn't regret it. Mike seemed to like it! That was all the approval that Ava needed.
- A month later, Ava and Mike both want to go to a concert where their favorite band, The Dark Angels, were performing. Mike says that he only got one ticket and he wants to go, but there was another ticket behind his back! Ava, angry and heartbroken, immediately chats Kyle.
- Kyle forgives Ava and the couple gets back together again!
