- Hi Lily, there's a new upcoming project by IMDA and I've recommended both of our companies and my friend, James' company to my procurement colleague. James is the Director of XYZ Construction Pte. Ltd., and he will help to submit a quotation of a lower amount to ABC. I will let you know the amount to quote, but will need your help to prepare and send the quotation to Nigel for his onward submission to ABC! This way, we have a much greater chance of winning the contract and the chances of being caught is low! If James' company wins, we will provide the services and invoice his company for provision of consultancy services

- Isn't that Lily and Jack? Why would they be discussing about the new ABC contract that is privy only to staff of ABC? Something is not quite right.... Not to mention Jack recently made several large purchases like a new landed property at Sentosa and a sports car! I must tell my Director and to call for an investigation!
