The ocean is getting more acidic as we continue to put more and more co2 in the air by burning fossil fuels
Scientists are studying how the ph levels are changing in recent times and they are finding out more as they go
The coral is also being affected and is dying slowly so this is something to think about
The ph levels in the ocean are rising by a lot and this isn't a good thing for some of the animals
like the oyster that so many people like to eat the acid is dissolving their shell before they can fully produce
In the long run of things the animals that need their hard shell to protect them are being affected
If there is no reproduction the animal could go extinct in the future which wouldn't be good
The acid is also causing a rise in the production of female oysters which isn't good because that means less reproducing
So we can protect the animals of the sea in future time
so in the future please try to think about what you can do to prevent this
