- still that does not mean you don't have to respect our rights
- The manager asks Charmaine if how they going to make money so they can increase employees wages if employees are busy complaining instead of working

- you don't because if you did you would at least hear them out and try to found a solution to the problem
- The manager says that these complains are going to affect the business both internal and external
- umm.....but i don't have time for that right now, the business is kinda busy

- The manager let it be that employees should be happy to still have a job and Charmaine want the management to respect employees Rights
- Members it seems like they will only listen to us when we strike. they leaving us with no choice
- Charmaine confront the manager about the rights of the employees and what they deserve
- the manager says that he don't have time to check the employees complains and Charmaine had enough of the talking
- Charmaine gets together members of trade union and gives back the feedback and want to start strike
