- In 1931 joe and eddie rob a bank, joe's girlfriend blanche drives the car, the police are after them, after losing the police eddie says if they can leave him in a rental for a few weeks.

- Eddie takes some of his money and gets a room, the next day he rents a car and goes to the blue lake cabins where he meets Carl dexter and Wilma pinch the owner of the cabins, both suspect that Eddie has a lot of money. Eddie is very happy and goes for a walk.
