- Toussaint Breda, being later named Toussaint Louverture, was born into slavery, though his parents feared just that throughout his life.
- I am too, I am afraid he will grow and try to rebel and get himself seriously hurt or worse.
- As he grew older, Toussaint had dreamed to end years of slavery his family before him was put through, and his future family who hopefully wouldn't have to.

- After growing up with earnest work and unbreakable determination, Toussiant became the leader of the slave rebellion of that time. He became the leader because of his ability to find openings, and his battle smartness.
- CHARGE!
- Tensions between France and Britain were rising, so considering his leadership during the slavery period of time, Toussaint helped the French cause to eject the British from Haiti.
- Toussaint proved to be a hard, but efficient leader. Winning 7 battles in 7 days, this made Toussaint de facto governor of the colony.
