- Katherine ties up her sister Bianca to get her to tell her which suitor likes what sister better.
- Climax
- Baptista finds Bianca tied up and helps her out. He yells at Katherine and Bianca pulls youngest sibling moves on Katherine but Baptista doesn't notice.
- Falling Action
- Gremio and Petruchio meet up with Baptista and Petruchio asks for Katherine's hand in marriage and Gremio thinks it's a bad idea. Tranio dressed as Lucentio shows up.
- Resolution
- Petruchio tries to woo Katherine. It doesn't work but he tricks Baptista into thinking she loves him and they will get married. Baptista decides that they will marry on Sunday.
- Gremio argue for Bianca's hand in marriage. Baptista tells them to offer something that Bianca will love so when are long gone, Bianca can be better taken care of
- Tranio dressed as Lucentio argues with Gremio who loves Biance best. He promises a lot of Lucentio's wealth for Bianca's hand in marriage. Baptista told him to ask his father. Now Tranio has to find a man named Vincentio to act as Lucentio's father.
