- This comic discusses poverty. Christians have a responsibility to make sure they are not experiencing poverty by making sure they have a stable job and the basic necessities so that they can help the people who are experiencing poverty.
- The Christian response to anything is that there is hope to overcome, this means that no matter what there is always a way.
- Christians have hope for the fulfillment of an imperfect world because Christians are always willing to help out. The Christian belief is that you should love everyone. "There is always someone who is going through a difficult time and needs help” (Deuteronomy 15:7)
- Christians can donate their time, energy and sometimes money to places like homeless shelters and soup kitchens. With that being said the bible doesn’t command us to give to the poor, giving to the poor is an extended work of God.
- Christians believe the starting point for social teaching is human dignity. It’s the right of every human to be treated with dignity and society should be ordered towards that.
- In conclusion Christians believe they can help get rid of poverty.
