Right after he pulled himself up, McNabb, and the rest of the counslers showed up, to help him down. He was safe.
Back at the ledge, Jason had reached the top, but, the wind was blowing so hard, that he slipped, and was only hanging by his hand, he thought that he was done for.
With all his strength, he pulled himself up the ledge. He'd reached the top of the mountain, people would speak of him forever.
