Ah yes yes, I wonder why?
Oh this is a tradition from our country that's called buwan ng wika.
What is buwan ng wika?
Buwan ng Wika is a season annual celebration in the Philippines conducted in August to promote Filipino as the national language.
The principal agency in charge of planning events related to the observances is the Komisyon ng Wikang Filipino.
And that's why we're wearing this outfits and celebrates buwan Ng wika.
