- Listen Nate I have one play for you where you run a wheel. I need you to execute it without failure. That will determine if we win or lose.
- I can't mess up. Not only is Coach counting on me but the whole team is as well.
- Yes sir. You can count on me. Let's bring it home!
- The coach is the sender and is sending what he's saying face to face. He is encoding that he wants the team to win this game. The team decoded what the coach said and responded.
- You got this Nate, lock-in. All you got is a wheel, all you got is a wheel.
- GO WIN THIS NATE!!!
- The Coach is letting Nate know that he has a big play in store for him in order to win the game. Nate is decoding what Coach told him while having internal noise about how much people depend on him to win this game.
- *CROWD SCREAMING*

- Nate gives his feedback after decoding the coach's message. He does it through a face-to-face channel.
- *Crowd Screaming*

- The coach is reminding Nate of the play but telling him to win the game. Nate is decoding this with his internal noise and preparing himself.
- After decoding what the coach said, Nate runs the play and makes the biggest catch of the game helping his team win the game and make them champions. the External noise is the crowd screaming.
- External noise from the crowd is going on. The team is celebrating while throwing Nate in the air.
