- (Typing a message) Hello, I would like to schedule a counselling appointment.
- It's 9:00PM, a stressed-out Abdul realised that UNITEN offers counselling service at Student Guidance Unit, he wants to schedule a counselling appointment through WhatsApp.
- (Sending another message) Is anyone there? I really need to schedule an appointment.
- (No response)
- Abdul opens WhatsApp and searches for the counsellor's number, but he can't remember the exact name and it takes them some time to find it.
- (Sending a message) Oh no, that time doesn't work for me. I need to reschedule.
- (Received) Wednesday, 9:00AM?
- Abdul sends a message requesting an appointment, but there is no immediate response from the counselling service.
- (Sending a message) That works. Thanks for your help, but this whole process was really stressful.
- Abdul sends another message, but still no response. He start to worry that his message wasn't received or that they won't get a response in time.
- Abdul receives a response with a time and date for the appointment, but it conflicts with his class schedule, and he need to reschedule, causing more back-and-forth messages and delays.
- Abdul receives a response after a while with a time and date for the appointment that suitable for him but the process require a lot of time.
