Finally, on the seventh day, God rested.

Then God created the sky on the second day

Let there be an expanse between the waters to seperate water from water. I shall call it the sky

On the thrid day, God created dry land. He wants the land to produce vegetation.

Let dry ground appear, and let the land produce vegetation; seed-bearing plants and fruits

The, on the fourth day, God created the oon, the sun and the stars to govern our days and nights

Then on the fifth day, God created the animals of the water, and the birds of the sky. God blessed them to fruitful and increase in numbers.

On the sixth day, God made creatures to live on the land and he finally made humans.

Let me create man in my image, in my likeness, let them rule over the fish and the sea, creatures that move along the ground and wild animals.

Finally, on the seventh day, God rested.
