- November of 2018
- Mya.. I just recently found out that I've been diagnosed with prostate cancer. It's okay though because they caught it early and I'm scheduled for surgery to remove it in December.
- Inside I still was scared because cancer is cancer. Thought's ran through my brain wondering "what if it comes back?" I even searched up the mortality rate of prostate cancer.
- Nooo, but that's good they caught it early so we know that you're safe.
- The day before surgery
- Whatever we will deal with this after surgery. I'm under a lot of pressure, her mom isn't helping and it's just to much.
- Yes I did all those things. I kissed a girl once, yes I've spoken to 17 year olds on the internet, but some parts she's lying about or exaggerating to make me look bad.
- At this point this is when my dad and I butted heads. We always had our little arguments yet this was a painful one.
- In this moment a "friend's" mom called where she explained how her daughter made a list of things I did and how she wants me to admit to them in front of my dad.
- A few days after surgery
- oh nooo I really wish we didn't end on a bad note. I really do love my papi and hate to see him in pain and I know he didn't want to go under pressure knowing he's butting heads with me.
- Looking at my father in pain killed me on the inside. A lot of me wanted to hug him and I knew he would love that, yet the awkwardness between us stopped me.
- Recovery Time
- I really am sorry Papi for everything that happened during this entire time. I love you so so much and I promise I will do better and hopefully we never have to go through this again
- My dad was still in a lot of pain, but by then we never really talked the situation out because we left it behind us. We did in fact cut off my friend and her mom who made us argue.
- I love you more and trust me it's us forever and will always be and if we bud heads we will get through it!
- Present Day
- sooo this boy asked me out and I really like him and I'm thinking about saying yes. Should I/
- Nowadays my dad and I still get on each others nerves, but I learned to love him, be honest, and never let anything come between us
- hmm, I have to meet this boy first then maybe.
