- We had all been at the church worshipping the Lord, like every good Puritan does, when we were attacked by Indians.
- Torment
- Why are they doing this? Why do they want to torment me like this?
- They were angry, this was an act of revenge...
- Transformation
- It was odd coming back to civilization after such a long time, but I was relieved that God came through for me and gave me the opportunity that I had been waiting for. He's what allowed me to stay strong and get through the satanic torment. I'm glad I stayed faithful to Him or I would not have made it to my return today.
- When they attacked they took a woman captive.
- The indians that attacked were satanic and enjoyed tormenting me both physically and mentally. They really enjoyed their mind games.
- Over time my captors become more kind and a little more relaxed (less worried about me escaping). There was one day when my captors weren't paying attention that I managed to escape without notice...
