- Tatum (The shop steward) give reasons to why she has called this meeting.

- The manager explains Amanda's suspension and points out that she is not vaccinated despite the desire that all employees should be vaccinated.
- I'm back at work, a big thank you to Tatum!

- Tatum is given opportunity to argue why suspending Amanda is unjust. None of us signed a policy requiring vaccinations.Although I agree that not having the required vaccinations could endanger other workers,Tatum requests that the manager permit Amanda to bring the results of a test that she will take each morning before reporting to work.
- I am Tatum, and I am a shop steward.
- In this scene: The manager realizes that he was wrong for suspending Amanda and he is allowing her to bring the test results each day instead of a vaccination certificate.
