Exposition 
conflict
Rising action
Charlie is 37 years old, he can't spell very well and has a 68 IQ only. Also goes to school. 
Climax
Charlie was introduced to an experiment that would make him smarter. After failing many tests, he also met Algernon, the rat.
Falling action 
Charlie started struggling with his 'friends', they aren't who he think they are. The operation also started, he got his IQ rise to 200.
Resolution 
Charlie finds that he would lose the intelligence eventually, during the time he spend with Algernon, he also develops a close relation with it. Then the saddest part came, he found out Algernon didn't have much time left.
When Charlie lost his intelligence everything went back to normal, going back to take the classes. 
At the end Charlie decided to move away , and asked the teacher to give Algernon flowers when she visit.
