Phew!! I was so worried!
It's okay! We all make mistakes. I will send Lizzie to the pharmacy to get some drugs and an inhaler to prevent future attacks.
Ah thanks doc! I am so sorry for scaring you so bad Lizzie!
Hi Lizzie! In this bag there is a rescue inhaler to take during an asthma attack. I have also provided QVAR. The inhaler will send albuterol down into your lungs which will the relax the alveoli in the lungs to stop an asthma attack . You take the inhaler by opening your mouth and breath in while pressing down on the top of the canister. Wait 10 seconds and then breathe out and repeat second puff after one minute.

Some of the side effects for QVAR are nausea , headaches, and stomach aches. For the rescue inhaler, rare side effects include shakiness, headache, and muscle aches. You should be fine but call here if you have any questions!
