- In this scene the police is searching this woman's home because they got a call from one of the neighbors saying that they feel that there is something that is not right and that they smell and awful stench coming from her house and they feel that it would be best to search her house. In this case the government cannot search other people's homes without a warrant or probable cause.
- You guy's cannot search my home without a probably cause or a warrant.
- Ma'am we are here to search your home because we have heard some rumors about smelling a weird smell in your neighbor hood.

- The government cannot take a persons property, life, or liberty without a fair trial.
- I'M SORRY BUT I STILL HAVE TO TAKE YOU TO JAIL ND YOU HAVE TO GO TO COURT TO DISCUSS OF WHAT YOU DID.
- YOU GUY'S CANNOT TAKE AWAY MY PROPERTY. MY LIFE, OR LIBERTY WITHOUT "DUE PROCESS". THAT IS NOT FAIR TO ME!
- The trials must be speedy and public and the judge has to decide whether the accused person is guilty or not.
- The jury will decide either you are guilt or not.
- SIXTH AMENDMENT
- We need to discuss this fair trial to see what the case is here today.
- Do you even have enough evidence to prove my case right?
