- “Lord, if you are willing, you can make me clean.”
- This miracle occurred during the first century in a town called Galilee. Miracles were considered taboo, and lepers were outcasts of society.
- “I am willing, be clean."
- “Don’t tell anyone, but go, show yourself to the priest and offer the sacrifices that Moses commanded for your cleansing, as a testimony to them.”
- Jesus was walking through the streets of the town, looking for those who need his help.
- Do you believe this?Can it be true?
- Jesus has healed my leprosy. ITS A MIRACLE!!!
- A leper came up to Jesus and begged him to remove his disease by the power of his almighty will.
- Where can we find Jesus?
- He is just and pure of heart, we should follow and respect him!
- Jesus preformed the miracle, and cleansed the man of his horrid disease, induing so he defined the purity system. He was motivated out of the purity of his heart- he is the son of God. He then ordered the man to not tell anyone of what had occurred this day.
- The man dishonoured the request and told the whole village of the miracle that occurred. This caused a division in the town on whether the alleged act was true or false.
- People all over town looked for Jesus. They sought his help and hoped that he could preform such miracles on themselves. Some even began to follow this mystical man. As a result, the Sadducees were scared of Jesus gaining followers and support.
