- Mia, 21, a university student, currently having her fall semester remotely at home. On a regular Monday morning, Mia wakes up and finds her fridge to be empty again.

- She has two major assignments due today, and a quiz to complete, which means there won't be any time for grocery shopping. On top of that, it is a rainy day, it will double her usual shopping time. So Mia decides to open Instacart on her phone.
