- You actually can. Well... lately I have been stressed about school. You see- I am an introvert and everyone around me in class seems so extroverted. I want to try to come out of my shell because I constantly feel lonely, but something inside me tells me that no one would be interested in me. So I am just very confused.
- You my friend are having an internal conflict. An internal conflict is a conflict one has with one's self. Don't worry, there are ways to solve an internal conflict.
- Firstly- remember that you are not alone and know that it is okay to feel that way.. Secondly- You can always approach an experienced and trusted adult and thirdly- the best way to solve an internal conflict by yourself is judging your situation from an outsider's point of view. Consider both sides of your conflict and try to judge what is right and what is wrong.
