Different Languages
In our own languages they talk about gods deeds of power!
When the day of pentecost came, the deciples were all gathered in the same room. Suddenly, a gust of wind came from heaven.
........ Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
The Lord said to my Lord, "Sit at my right hand, until I make your enemies your footstool."
Tounges of fire appeared among them, and rested on each of their heads. All of them were filled with the holy spirit and started speaking in other languages.
Go and get Baptized
Now Jews from many countries living in Jarusalem heard, and a crowd gathered outside. "How is it we hear all these men in our own tongues?" Some questioned. Others just sneered and said "They are drunk!"
But Peter raised his voice and spoke to the crowd.
Hearing this, they asked Peter "What should we do?" And he replied "Repent and get baptized"
And on that day more than 3000 people were baptized.
