- Mealine and her mom walked to their street cruiser. The street was crowded and it was hard to see in the thhich ponsiness fog. Mealine asked her mom When are we going to the natural park. Her mom said In a million years. hyperbole
- Falling Action
- goodbye.
- The helicopter in the natinal park. Mealine jumped out of the heilcopter and felt a gentle breez in the green trees. The sun showed through the cloulds and it was the brightest sun Mealine ever seen in her life.
- Resilution
- Mealine touched the the flamingo. The flamingo was plastic and fake. Her dad yelled at her to get out ofthe water. Mealine was crying and sad that the flamingo was fake. Saddness struck Mealine as if lightning struck the ground.simile
- Theme/Conflict
- My society there is too much pollution
- With Mealine's dad and the caretaker came Mealine picked up the flamingo and stuck back into the ground. As Mealine stuck the flamingo back into the ground she whisperd goodbye. The caretaker said they used to have flamingos but when the last one died the park put the plastic one in and fooled visitors.
- Mealine stop crying and heard everything the caretaker said. Mealine gave one last look at the flamingo. When she was done mealine turned to go.
