- Hansel and Gretel live at the edge of a large forest with their father and step-mother.

- They run out of money and food.

- Rising action
- To save money Hansel and Gretel's Father and step-mother abandon Hansel and Gretel in the forest away from home. Hansel leaves tiny rocks to find their way back, which works at first but then their parents send them back out again. Hansel leaves bread crumbs out to follow, but the birds eat it, leaving no trace of the trail he'd made.

- Climax
- Hansel and Gretel wander in the forest for a long time till they come upon a house of candy. They start eating the house until they heard a voice calling for them. It was a which! Who fed them good and let them stay at her place for a few days until she suddenly snapped and put Hansel inside a cage and threatened to eat him!! The which forced Hansel to heat the oven in which she will bake Hansel in. Gretel claims she doesn't know how to, and with that she tricks the Which into getting close to the oven. Then she pushes her in.

- Falling action
- Gretel saves Hansel and then they find all of the witches treasure and fled. A magical swan helps them cross the river and find their way back home

- They get home to find their step mom has died and their father grew really sad and apologized to them when they arrived. They forgave him and showed him all the riches they'd got and they lived happily
