- Why hello there! Today we're going to be talking about how important the five Pillars of Islam are.
- Shahada
- There are 5 pillars in total. The first is called Shahada or Declaration of Faith, which means that you would there is no god but Allah, and Muhammed as the messenger of Allah.
- Salat
- The second pillar is Called Salat or Prayer in English. Its a ritual prayer for Muslims, which they have to perform 5 times daily every day.
- Zakat
- There's no need. I am doing this out in the kindness of my heart.
- This pillar Zakat is basically giving the ease for those who dont have wealth have another chance to live on with their life.

- Sawm
- Sawm is an Arabic word for Fasting in English. It would be considered a challenge for some of us, but it means to abstain from eating, drinking, and more on the ninth month which is call Ramadan. You have to do this for a month from dawn to dusk Until the month ends. Also, you can fast on Mondays and Thursdays.
- Hajj
- Hajj or the pilgrimage to the holy city if Mecca in Saudi Arabia. Every adult Muslim must take once in their lifetime. They must walk around seven times while remaining calm due to the states religious significance.
