- I just got a new job and need to buy my first car for the long commute that is affordable and durable.
- I'm going to follow local dealerships on social media to see what cars and deals they have.
- I like car dealership X they have affordable cars. I'm going to schedule an appointment on their website to talk to a representative via Zoom.
- I just received an email confirmation for my appointment that contains a survey for me to fill out so that the salesperson can know my preferences. I also received a link to the Road to Car Ownership portal to help me better navigate the car buying process, especially as a first time car buyer.

- Hello Amy. My name is Alex and I will be helping you. Thank you for filling out the survey. I've created a list of cars I believe you like based on your preferences. Let's go over them together.
- Sounds good! Would you like to test drive the car at the dealership or through our Try-At-Home program we created due to COVID?
- I have COVID concerns so at home would be best. How does it work?
- Sounds great! I like option 3 more.
- Good question! You’ll need to schedule a date and time for your test drive and provide your driver’s license and credit card information. You can schedule with me right now or visit the RTCO portal and click on View Car.
- All you have to do is be there when the car is sent to your home, and to make sure you return the car in the same condition you received it in.
- And we can schedule a follow up call right after so we can discuss your thoughts and if you’d like to proceed with this model.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation for your test drive date and time, as well as details on what to expect on the day of your test drive.
- You can set a drop off time, and someone from the dealership will come pick it up 1 hour later.

- No, that’s it. I’m looking forward to test driving the car.
- If you’re looking to buy the car after the test drive, you can either order directly online through the link, visit the RTCO portal and click on Decision, or you can set up a call to talk to me and I can either walk you through some financing options, or we can look at some different car models. Is there anything else I can assist you with today?
- Once your at-home test drive ends, you’ll receive a text with a link to a survey where you can provide your feedback, as well as next steps. You can also find the survey and locate next step information on the RTCO portal under Feedback.
