- The miller a poor man lies to the king to make himself seem important he tells the king that he has a beautiful daughter that can spin straw in to gold but the miller's daughter can't actually do that.

- I heard a little dude says his name was Rumpelstiltskin
- She begins to lose hope until a small goblin-like man offers to do it for her. The small man keeps coming back until she runs out of jewelry to give him. The king promises to marry her if she can again spin straw into gold.
- falling action
- Then the small man comes back and makes her promise her first born child when she is king which she doe. But by the time she does have her child she forgot her promise so when the little man comes to claim her child, she does not want to give up her child so the little man gives her three days to guess his name and if she guesses it she keeps her child.
- resolution
- yay
- On the third and final day the queen guesses his name Rumpelstiltskin
- Rumpelstiltskin gets mad stamps his foot and rips himself in half
- the queen gets to keep her child
