The government is putting together an elite squadron of top notch fighters to create the newest Division of the O.C.D.!! And this year's tournament decides exactly who it is that joins! And the bonus is not too bad either jack
- The scenes are going to be randomly fading to other areas just to let the audience know what the world looks like while the announcers talk
