- Ivy Walker finds out that Edward walker is sick. She walks to the village as fast as she can so that the creature doesn't get her.
- Ivy Walker arrives at the house and finds out that Edward Walker dies.
- Ivy walks to Edward Walker's room where everyone is.
- Edward Walker is dead. The elders are worried and are sobbing for Edward Walker.
- Because Edward dies, the secret is out about the village. The Village is now empty.
- The crowd knows all the secrets. The elders are in The Town and have to work for their own things because no one else is there to provide for them.
